Our sliders are created to be as versatile as possible. For soft surfaces like carpet and turf, use the shock-resistant plastic side, and for hard surfaces like hardwood floors and ceramic tile, use the soft fabric side. We added a curved contour to the slider’s edges to reduce chafing on the palms and fingers.
Mr. Pen core sliders are perfect for fun and challenging full-body workouts. Every movement with the sliders introduces a balancing and stability challenge, forcing you to use your core muscles and making your abs stronger (and more attractive) than ever!
Our exercise sliders are so small and light that they can fit in any bag and be taken with you wherever you go. Take them to the gym, or stay at home and have an amazing home workout.

Works great on carpet of all thickness
This is fantastic for knee rehab exercises.

Great simple tool for improving Range Of Motion
These are just like furniture sliders, but cheaper in price and may be better suited for people with the wider surface area. I like the build quality and colors. These are great for both strength training and stretching. I find in straddles and splits I can get a lot more progress using these than in just socks. Definitely a valuable addition to a home gym. I really like how these help train using your muscles near the ends of your ranges of motion. These create challenge that’s difficult to get otherwise. The inclusion of an instruction sheet was helpful for orienting with how these might be useful. Always be careful and cautious when introducing instability into your exercise rotations.

Wonderful furniture movers
Used as furniture movers, works great lol

Works great when I stand on tiptoe
Grippy on the grippy side, slippy on the slippy side, but a wee bit on the small side (I wear size 11.5).

Double duty!
Not only good for work out but also move furniture!

they did not slide well for me
They don’t slide well. They constantly get suck in place on the floor. It happens whether I am barefoot, wear shoes, or wear textured, grippy socks. I go into a lunge, and when I return to standing, the slider stays put instead of coming back under my foot.

Good
Great little product for very low price. If you intend to use your hands on this, the pads are slightly small, but considering the price, it’s not that hard to make them work.
Tzvia –
Good quality for a good price

I wouldn’t use them on the floor like they had says because they’ll get scratched up. I only used it once on the floor and it they’re scratched up and I don’t like how it looks so why you sit on the carpet and on the carpet is great.

They work good.
